How long have you been in business?
We have been handling computer and network problems at homes and offices since 1993. 18 years is a long time - and a lifetime in the computer world. With all our experience, we've seen YOUR problem and know how to fix it.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide computer/Information Technology help and management services. Computers are like old cars - you need a good mechanic with experience who can read between the lines and knows what's really happening. We can talk to you about your technical issues in non-technical terms and get to the bottom of the issue and fix it. It's all about relationships. Start one with us, and your computer issues will go away.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Computers are our passion. The Computer Specialist team has a personal desire to work on and understand computers, servers and equipment. We apply ourselves to our work - we want to fix your problem.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have the fastest response time in the industry. Our clients consider us trusted, essential partners with them in their businesses.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Livonia, which we recently moved into. We have ample room to accomodate our growth for the next 5 years.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We're at 6 Mile & 275, right next to the Holiday Inn Hotel.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash or Check, and also Paypal. Paypal payments have a small service fee.
Which areas do you service?
All of southeastern Michigan, including Ann Arbor and Brighton.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The CS Team works as a group.
What are your hours of operation?
8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. We're closed holidays.
