The 90 Minute Yoga class is designed especially for the "beginning" yoga student. The room is heated to allow the muscles to loosen, warm up and reduce the risk of injury. We recommend you practice 3x's a week to see & feel the full benefits - weight loss, stress relief, calmer & more at ease! Bring a 1/8" thick yoga mat, a large towel & bottled water to class. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class.
