How long have you been in business?
Our Detroit based company started in Washington Twp. Michigan over 10 years ago as a motorcycle retail store. We have since evolved to wholesale manufacturer and licensed products for Rebel Girl brand and opened a Nautical Boutique called On The Bay Customs located Downtown New Baltimore Michigan
What is your primary product or service?
On The Bay Customs offers a large selection of Michigan Made nautical gifts, souvenirs, art and lake decor
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have been in the retail Industry for over 25 years, It only made sense to open a business in the city we live. We started out in retail and successfully branched out into manufacturing our own private labels with distribution in over 30 States.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We manufacturer our own products in the USA and because we are the manufacturer, we can offer our products wholesale, retail and web-based pricing and a great price point.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have a retail store in New Baltimore Michigan under the name On The Bay Customs and manufacture in Detroit and Downtown Los Angeles,CA.
