We have been in business for close to nine years
What is your primary product or service?
We offer window cleaning to residential as well as commercial clients.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started off working for another window cleaning company doing high rise but work started to get slow and I knew this was one of the easiest businesses to get started on a shoestring budget. At first it was challenging because you have to have a great personality,you can't be shy and you have to be able to handle rejection becuase some people would have a company already but some would be out right rude when I asked if they needed window cleaning
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Well number one I beleive I have the best customer service it is to offer. Number two I offer a 100% money back guarantee that means that if your not happy you don't pay bottom line. Some companies would be intimated by this because there are some crazy people out there that look for ways to get anything for free. But I know that we will make our clients happy and if we get one bad egg so be it at least they can't say we didn't do what we said and who knows they may refer us to someone who will treat our company with more respect.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
well being a window cleaner you are a mobil company so you really are going to operate out of one location unless you expanded to a different city or state
